The story of Amer Herian

Amer was born in West London and moved to Coventry at an early age with his parents and two sisters. Here he was educated at Stoke Junior School, and excelled at Caludon Castle and King Henry VIII School. Amer progressed to Leicester University where he successfully graduated with a degree in Engineering.

Amer enjoyed a highly successful 31-year career with BT. At the age of 53, he retired and transitioned into Property Management, overseeing his portfolio of residential and commercial properties. After establishing efficient systems and processes to manage his new responsibilities, he found ample time for family holidays, football, gym sessions, and, of course, his beloved Hearsall Golf Club, which he had joined two years previously.

In addition to his professional achievements, Amer was deeply committed to helping those less fortunate. He was actively involved at Citizens Advice and charities such as Langar Aid and Warwickshire Vision, reflecting his passion for making a positive difference in the community.

He will sadly be missed but fondly remembered by all that knew him.
